decorating. It’s not Photoshop, Coral Drew, Photoshine and other expensive
software but I think it’s a very good software for photo decorating like applying
effects, brushes, pencils, filters and many other feature. The name of this
software is PicosmosTools. This is a light weighted but a very useful software.
It provide you many built in templates for photo designing. It is an “All in one” software for photo
designing.
It has 8 modes which are described below:
Page Design
Page design mode is used for designing photos like a
page.
Batch Mode
Batch mode is used for picture managing
like resizing converting resolution managing and much more.
Editor Mode
Editor mode is used for picture editing and
picture creating. You can use many features like filters, image adjustment and
much more.
Effect Mode
Effect Mode is used for applying different
effects on image.
Combine Mode
Combine mode is used for making
combine images in single image.
Split Mode
Split Mode is used for making puzzle
picture.
Screen Capture
Screen Capture mode is used for screen
capturing or getting screen short.
